An Invitation to Learn a Chinese Idiom
Dear Leslie,
Hope you're doing well! I'm writing to inform you about our next Chinese idiom session.
The class is scheduled for next Saturday afternoon (June 17th) at 2:30 p.m., and we'll meet as usual at my place. This time, we're going to dive into a classic idiom: "Yu Gong Yi Shan" (Like the Foolish Old Man who removed the mountains). It's a fantastic story about perseverance and determination, and I think you'll find it both inspiring and insightful.
To make the most of our time, could you please briefly look up the ancient fable of "The Foolish Old Man Who Moved the Mountains" beforehand? Just a quick read to get familiar with the basic plot will be perfect. That way, we can focus on discussing its deeper meaning and how we use the idiom in modern Chinese.

评分标准核心拆解（就这么看）
1. 内容全：时间地点、学啥成语、课前准备，三点必须写完，少一点扣分。
2. 格式对：邮件！开头“Dear...”，结尾“Best,... Li Hua”，少一个格式项也扣分。
3. 语言拽：别光用简单词。比如“inform”就比“tell”强，“be scheduled for”就比“is on”高级，“make the most of”就比“use well”得分高。
4. 错误少：语法、拼写，错一个扣一个的分。写完必须检查！

开头寒暄：Hope this email finds you well. / Hope you're doing great.
通知目的：I'm writing to inform you that... / This email is to let you know about...
具体安排：The activity has been scheduled for [时间] at [地点]. / We've arranged to...
