3. Practice & Preparation (15 mins):

Pair Work: Students choose 2-3 questions and draft their own responses, using the vocabulary and frameworks.

4. Mock Interview & Application (15 mins):

Role-play: Divide students into small groups. They take turns being the interviewer and candidate, using their prepared answers.

Peer Feedback: Listeners note one strength and one area for improvement in the candidate's response.

5. Wrap-up & Homework (5 mins):

Summarize key takeaways: Be concise, use specific examples, and connect skills to the school's needs.

Homework: Students refine their answers to the three most challenging questions and prepare a 60-second self-introduction.
