Hey, everyone wants to be healthy, right? But how? It's actually not that hard if you do a few simple things every day.

First, eat good food. Don't just eat burgers and chips. Eat more fruits like apples and bananas, and veggies like carrots and broccoli. Drink milk and have some eggs and fish too. Drink plenty of water, and try to stay away from too much soda or sugary drinks.

Second, get moving! You don't have to be a super athlete. Just do something fun. Ride your bike, play basketball, swim, or even dance in your room for 20 minutes. Walking to school or taking the stairs is great too. The key is not to sit around all day.

Third, sleep is super important. Kids our age need about 8-9 hours of sleep each night. Go to bed early so you can wake up feeling fresh and ready for school. Don't play video games or watch videos too late!

Also, keep your mind happy. Talk to your friends and family when you feel worried or stressed. Listen to music, read a cool book, or pick up a hobby. Being happy is a big part of being healthy.

Finally, remember to keep clean. Wash your hands often, especially before eating and after using the bathroom. Brush your teeth twice a day. Take showers regularly.
