Many people like summer because they can go swimming, but my favorite season is spring. Spring is beautiful and full of life.

In spring, the weather gets warmer. The wind is gentle, not cold like in winter. Trees grow new green leaves, and colorful flowers bloom everywhere. I can see pink peach blossoms and yellow daffodils in the park. The air smells fresh and sweet.

Spring is also a busy time. Birds come back from the south and sing happy songs. They build nests in the trees. Sometimes, I see butterflies flying from flower to flower. Animals that sleep in winter, like bears, wake up.

I enjoy spring activities. On sunny weekends, my family often goes for a picnic. We sit on the grass, eat sandwiches, and fly kites. I also like riding my bike around the neighborhood. Everything feels new and hopeful in spring.

Spring makes me happy. It is not too hot or too cold. It is a season of new beginnings. I love spring because it is full of color, warmth, and joy.
