Keeping healthy is important for everyone, especially for us students. Here are some things I think we should do.
First, we need to eat healthy food. We should eat more fruits and vegetables, like apples, bananas, and carrots. They give us vitamins. We should also drink milk for strong bones. Try to eat less junk food like chips and candy because they are not good for us.
Second, exercise is very important. We should play sports or do some exercise every day. For example, we can run, swim, or play basketball. Exercise makes our body strong and helps us feel happy.
Third, having enough sleep is necessary. We should go to bed early and sleep for about eight hours every night. Good sleep helps our brain rest and we can study better the next day.
Finally, we should keep a happy mood. Don't get too angry or worried. We can talk to friends or listen to music when we feel bad.
If we follow these steps, we can keep healthy and have more energy for our study and life.
