Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (English & Mandarin)
We’re looking for a friendly and solution-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our global support team. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our English and Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support.
What You'll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in both English and Mandarin.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when needed.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Provide clear explanations of our products/services and guide customers through processes.
Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve our products and user experience.
Work collaboratively with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Who You Are:
Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is a must.
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer service or support.
Excellent communication skills with a patient and empathetic approach.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for staying calm under pressure.
Tech-savvy and able to learn new software platforms quickly.
Able to work flexible hours, including some weekends or holidays on a rotating schedule.
