大学英语自我介绍：打造独特个人风采的全新范例

My name is Zhang Wei. You can call me Will. It's a great pleasure to meet you all here in this English class.

I come from Xi'an, a city famous for its ancient history and the Terracotta Army. I'm an 18-year-old freshman majoring in Computer Science. Why did I choose this major? Well, I've always been fascinated by how technology can solve real-world problems, and I hope to build some useful applications in the future.

Outside of my studies, I have several hobbies. I love playing basketball; it teaches me about teamwork and persistence. I also enjoy reading, especially science fiction novels, which spark my imagination. And on weekends, you might find me watching English movies or TV shows. I find them really helpful for improving my listening skills and learning about different cultures.

My English level is intermediate. I’m good at reading and writing, but I know I need to work much harder on my speaking and listening. That's actually one of my main goals for this university term – to become more fluent and confident in speaking English. I believe this class will be a perfect place for me to practice and learn from all of you.

A unique thing about me? I taught myself basic video editing during high school and started a small channel to share travel vlogs about my hometown. It was a fun way to combine my interests.

Finally, I’m really looking forward to this course and to getting to know each one of you. I hope we can learn together, help each other, and maybe even become good friends. Thank you for your time.
