Exercise became a new habit—jogging in the park not only distracted me but also improved my mood. Friends and family supported me too, which made a big difference. They cheered me on and never offered me cigarettes.

After a month, the cravings lessened. I noticed my sense of taste and smell improved. Food tasted better, and I could enjoy fresh air without coughing. Saving money was another bonus—I used to spend a lot on cigarettes, but now I could buy books or go out for nice meals instead.

Quitting smoking isn't just about willpower; it's about creating a healthier lifestyle. It taught me that small changes can lead to big results. Today, I feel more energetic and proud of my decision.
